About this role

We are looking for a Principal Technical Product Manager to join our pricing infrastructure team, a key strategic pillar that directly impacts customer relationships and company revenue. You'll work with a lean, high-leverage team where your impact will be immediately visible. This role combines traditional TPM excellence with meaningful contribution to product strategy execution, operating at the intersection of "what should we build" and "how do we deliver it." You'll have the opportunity to exercise both strategic thinking and operational excellence in a role with significant autonomy and scope.

What you will do

  • Contribute to product strategy execution for the pricing domain, helping make strategic tradeoffs and shape roadmap direction alongside Product and the Director of Engineering

  • Manage key partner relationships with smart commitments and effective communication to ensure delivery aligns with company goals

  • Synthesize strategic signal from stakeholders across the company and bring options, ideas, and recommendations that connect technical work to broader company strategy

  • Drive operational excellence with a small engineering team, ensuring clear priorities and accountability on the highest-value work

  • Champion quality and long-term thinking by ensuring investment in technical excellence that compounds over time

  • Model strong program leadership and serve as a resource for other teams

  • Coordinate effectively across teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery

  • Deliver on commitments consistently with exceptional quality

What you will bring

  • 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience in software development organizations

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience

  • Strategic thinking and business acumen with ability to translate between technical constraints and business impact

  • Technical fluency to engage with engineers on tradeoffs and architectural decisions

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of the organization

  • Expertise in defining clear, actionable requirements and user stories

  • Hands-on approach with willingness to contribute across the full engineering lifecycle, including quality assurance and testing

  • Proven ability to identify and solve root problems rather than symptoms

  • Experience driving programs in fast-paced, high-growth environments

  • Self-directed work style with strong bias for action and ownership

  • Commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes and building for the long term

  • Comfort working with ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information

  • Must have permission to work in the US on a permanent basis

What we have to offer

  • The opportunity to grow alongside an early-stage company shaking up a big, old-fashioned industry

  • Flexible time off, including 12 paid holidays

  • 401k match plus 100% employer paid medical, dental, and vision premiums

  • Company contribution to Health Savings Account

  • Stock options
