As our Director and Head of Product Engineering, you’ll lead the teams responsible for how users experience Supio across onboarding, case management, workflows, and drafting tools. You’ll define and deliver the next generation of AI-driven product experiences that empower legal teams to work faster, smarter, and more collaboratively. This is a role for a hands-on leader who cares deeply about product quality, user experience, and velocity.
What You’ll Do
  • Lead frontend and full-stack teams building Supio’s end-to-end application experience.
  • Partner with product, design, and AI teams to deliver intuitive, high-impact user experiences in React.
  • Define the architecture and component systems powering all user-facing applications.
  • Drive excellence in UI performance, accessibility, and design systems.
  • Champion experimentation, user feedback, and rapid iteration across product surfaces.
  • Build and mentor a world-class engineering team focused on speed, empathy, and quality.
  • Collaborate with the Core Systems group to ensure seamless integration between the frontend and backend platforms.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Experienced leader in frontend or full-stack development, with a passion for elegant user experiences.
  • Strong technical background in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and cloud-based application development.
  • Proven ability to deliver polished, high-performance products in collaboration with design and product teams.
  • Empathetic leader who builds teams that thrive on curiosity, ownership, and impact.
  • Able to balance long-term technical vision with near-term delivery.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 4+ years managing or directing teams.
  • Strong background in front-end architecture, UX engineering, and full-stack web development.
  • Experience leading high-performing teams shipping complex SaaS or AI-driven products.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across disciplines.
